Role Description:
- Promote Future Pay's loyalty program and marketing initiatives in partnerships with associated brands
- Responsible for identifying, acquiring and closing new deals with brands for long-term strategic partnerships
- Build partnership strategy to build brand awareness and presence
- Design and execute innovative ideas to partner with these brands
- Drive alliances with high user base players like Telcos, Travel partners, e-commerce sites, Bank/Wallets, Loyalty programs, OTT's etc involving Co-promotions/offers, Co-marketing solutions
- Own the partnership with services partners such as Banks/Financial to drive cashback partnerships, co-promotions with Banks, Reward programs/Loyalty programs.
- Navigate internal & external stakeholders to run the partnership discussions end to end, including identifying the right opportunities, framing win-win structures, negotiation and closure. Collaborate internally with product management, marketing, and ops team.
- Drive YOY business targets through brand partnership. Maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts to maximize sales
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Required Qualification, Experience & skills:
- MBA in Marketing
- 7-10 years of experience in a Business Development / Partnership alliance role
- Must have min 2 years of experience in Direct to Consumer (D2C) industry
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, startup kind of environment
- Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate, coordinate and problem solve with external partners
- Strong research skills to be able to evaluate opportunities from strategic, brand, financial, and operational perspectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse teams
- Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed. Seeking high ownership & independent work environment
