The Position: Designation - Lead - Talent Acquisition Location - Mumbai Desired candidate profile: Qualifications Post-Graduation or MBA in HR from a prominent B-school Age 32 - 35 years Experience 10 - 15 years - Should have experience working with Corporates driving TA role and/or with Top Executive Search Firms. - Should have handled scale of hiring - Theme of the Role The incumbent would be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition role for Group Office. - He /She will play an active role in end to end hiring process especially at a leadership level / critical business hiring. Key Deliverables : - Design, develop and execution of recruitment strategy this includes; - Build an annual hiring plan in collaboration with lead Concept People Officer. - Leverage on multiple hiring sources to ensure that Hiring cost is as per budget. - Talent pipeline development through active mapping of potential candidates for critical &amp; team lead positions. - Individually lead closure of leadership &amp; critical open positions. - Responsible for TAT for open positions closure - Own the quality of people being hired in line with FG competency &amp; value framework - Designing and managing campus engagement initiatives and creating hiring plans as per business requirements - Employer branding to attract the right kind of talent pool through various channels including career site &amp; external job portals - Custodian of all role descriptions; creating Role Descriptions &amp; ensure relevancy of the same always - Owning Talent Acquisition related policies &amp; process; refining the recruitment, employee referral &amp; IJP policies &amp; process from time to time along with employee communication &amp; branding - Tie ups with TA partners including negotiating terms of contract - Tie ups with TA portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs &amp; similar new age portals - Lead &amp; guide any TA related technology enabled systems &amp; process in consultation with the internal process excellence &amp; systems team - Build a quality relationship with the internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners and other vendors. - Design &amp; develop dashboards for periodic TA review - Conduct Periodic review of open positons with the team - Develop HR metrics to assess TA progress - Mentoring &amp; guiding team in recruitment Competencies :&nbsp; Must have:&nbsp; - Should have a strong business acumen - Should have the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly-changing environment. - Sound HR Concepts and Strong grounding in recruitment principles and practices - Ability to manage and converge between diverse stakeholders - Must have good connect and networking in the recruitment ecosystem - Understanding of cultural nuances in recruitment - Understanding of various hiring channels and platforms - Understanding of a customer facing business, preferably with a conglomerate - Understanding of Retail Value chain - what are key Drivers of value and linking them to an agenda in HR - Ability to deploy HR Functional Expertise for Business benefits - Expertise in HR- Philosophy and practice Competencies : - Wants - Process Orientation - Ability to anticipate and raise/resolve issues proactively - Ability to Advocate and influence non-reporting relationships Critical personality attributes - Understanding and adherence of timelines and its impact on business while recruiting - Enabling mindset, as opposed to only controlling mindset - Clarity of thought and analysis - Courage of conviction - Ability to activate and conclude on issues Reporting relationships: The positions reports into Group Chief People Officer The Following positions report into this position 1-2 direct reporting Other key interfaces - Group People Office leader, Business Heads of companies and concepts and People Office leaders of various concepts and businesses The Future of the Incumbent: - Value proposition of this role for a prospective candidate - Being partner in the ambitious growth of Future Group- both organic and inorganic by creating and building Talent Acquisition processes that use the best markets practices in sync with Future Group culture and values.
