Future Group - Finance & Accounts Specialist (3-5 yrs)

We are hiring a Finance & Accounts Specialist, for a stealth mode fully funded startup.

You will be part of the accounts team and work closely with head of accounts and finance to support him in effectively managing day to the accounts and finance function.

Key Deliverables:

- Responsible for finance, accounting and reporting activities

- Daily, weekly and monthly Cash flows preparation

- Preparing and presenting periodic financial analysis and reports;

- Analyze and finalization of monthly financial statements

- Forecast future earnings and expenses

- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities

- Process vendor and other payments

- Managing treasury and banking activity

- Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule

- Assist in annual budgeting , planning process, administering and reviewing all financial plans

- Managing Direct & Indirect tax compliance & monthly MIS

- Managing audits

- Drive month end hygiene of accounting matters

The ideal candidate:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3- 5 years work experience

- Should have independently handled finalization of books of accounts including but not limited to balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements etc.
