We are looking for 3-6 years experienced Company Secretary from Insurance Sector only. - FEMA Knowledge, Company Law and IRDAI - Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence and so on) - Providing legal advice during and outside of meetings - Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization - Presentation of Monthly basis to Management on various reports - Providing support to committees and working parties such as board of directors - Point of contact with the JV partner - Handling correspondence before and after meetings - Liaising with external regulators, solicitors and auditors - Filling all statutory returns as per the company law.
