Future Generali - Senior Manager/AVP - Human Resource (8-12 yrs)

Main Responsibilities of this role:


HR Strategy, Design & Digitization

- Lead the key centers of expertise of HR COE - Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Reward & Recognition

- Design, implement and support various HR programs, processes, policies for the account and partner with managers employees to meet business goals. Build vertical/account level HR solutions and ensure roll out as per plan

- Implement key HR processes and HR initiatives at the organization and business unit level

- Consult with the leaders on organizational initiatives that ensure alignment between management and employees

- Evaluate and integrate processes with technology wherever relevant

- Reporting HR metrics to the board as required

- Budgeting for the TM, L&OD, R&R function

Talent Management & Organization Development

- Leading all talent management projects involving talent assessments, talent reviews, individual development plans and succession planning

- Administration of assessment centres to assess potential and competencies with focus on virtual ACs

- Supporting development of high potential employees and senior and mid-career levels, ensuring enhanced pipeline of high performing talent

- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for functions

- Collaborate with the leadership team on formulation of key strategies by anticipating TM issues and solutions

- Identify the performance gaps and learning needs and participate in the capability building initiatives which includes designing Individual development plan to enable employees to perform better and enable them to make optimum use of their skills

- Support the succession pipeline development by identifying the crucial roles, focusing on talent & leadership development

Learning & Development : 

- Driving culture building exercise and playing a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development initiatives to strengthen people capability

- Build and sustain a learning and development framework along with training calendar spanning all levels within the organization, with focus on reskilling and upskilling

- Work collaboratively with business leaders, managers and employees in identifying and planning for the L&D needs for the BU

- Identify resources that can deliver trainings - in house / external / technology

- Design appropriate metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning and development efforts along with periodic reporting of the same

- Design & facilitate leadership development initiatives in line with overall organization agenda with focus on management development programs and mentoring and coaching
 
PMS : 

- Take the ownership for qualitative execution of Performance Management System across the organization.

- Be responsible for the implementation of firm-wide Talent Management strategies, framework and processes including building and monitoring key Talent metrics, retention of talent to support business growth and productivity.

- Plan and execute all the stages of the Performance Management Cycle

Reward & Recognition

- Design, strategize and manage existing R&R platforms

- Guide team to organize and deliver recognition programs

- Collaborate with business heads to formulate R&R plan in line with organization and business need

Competencies required:

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Strong business and HR acumen including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, strategizing and self-initiative

- High ownership and action-orientation

- Demonstrated ability to coach managers to use company best human capital practices

- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

- Highly capable of managing and organizing data and ability to craft it into useful information

- Excellent presentation and MS Office skills

- Understanding of all core HR processes along with aware ness of industry trends and standard methodologies

- Stakeholder and working relationship management with key business leaders

Skills and Experience required:

1) Post graduation or Masters degree preferably in HR

2) 5-7 years of experience in a core HR Business Partner role
