- The Marketing Automation Specialist role will assist with the coordination and ongoing support of data collection, driving campaigns, setting up automated workflows for Future Retail database marketing project. This role will also be responsible for supporting multi channel delivery from manthan's target one or any other tool that we may use.

- This position will help drive email strategy with the digital head by supporting business strategies through optimization of our data, emails, sms, voice blast and social channels. This individual will need to have strong project management skills, be curious, innovative and autonomous. Someone successful in this role will have a developer mindset and an understanding of relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support data integrations to and relationships within marketing automation tool for personalization and segmentation.

- Partner with internal technology groups, creative team and the planning teams as subject matter expert.

- Support discovery efforts, requirements gathering, development and testing of various data driven projects to ensure completion to expectations.

- Manage and execute campaigns (i.e. automated and triggered campaigns).

- Provide optimization recommendations on campaign performance.

- Act as a coordinator and/or troubleshooter for any production issues with the data.

- Should also understand running queries using a variety of data management tools.
