Purpose of Role :

- The incumbment will be responsible to highlight to the management on various metrics on the performance of channels

Description of Role :

- Preparation of monthly channel dashboards and giving insights on the performance at unit / branch / zone level.

- Analysis of variances for channel productivity, ticket size, NOPs for Actual vs Budget & vs Prior

- Assisting in preparation of Annual Operating plan of the company along with monitoring of budget utilization

- Preparation of daily premium MIS and comparison with Budget / Prior

- In-sighting of business and operational expenses for development of mitigation strategies

- Competition bench-marking and Industry analysis for management review

- Regulatory reporting pertaining to monthly and annual submissions

- Adhoc reporting basis requirements from management team

Education & Experience :

1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Life Insurance /General Insurance /NBFC

2. Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance domain
