Job Title : Deputy Manager - Corporate Sales

Reporting Relationship : Senior Manager - Corporate Sales

Function/Department : Corporate Sales

Purpose of Role :

- Tapping Corporate Clients for business - Identify, develop and build group business relationships with a view to achieve target sales in the location.

Description of Role :

- Promote and sell Group Insurance Schemes like Gratuity/Superannuation/Leave Encashment/Group Term Life to Corporate Clients

1. Environment scanning for group business

2. Networking with insurance industry.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

1. Implementing strategy at regional level for group businesses to achieve planned sales targets and promotions

2. Preparing quotations for group sales, ensure complete documentation and adhere to processes as per company norms

3. Negotiating sales closures

- Maintaining up to date MIS of group businesses and reporting to HO regularly

1. Establishing good rapport with agency, actuarial, new business, claims and other functions to ensure customer satisfaction and service levels

2. Ensures smooth and efficient operation of department

Education & Experience :

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience

- Should have prior experience in Group Insurance sales
