Job Title : Branch Manager

Purpose of Role : Responsible for the penetration and reach of Distribution of Products through TA / SA / AO by driving the Agency Sales strategy and ensuring the targets are met at a Branch Level thereby resulting and contributing into the overall objective of building a
Description of Role :
Driving Tied Agency Distribution Channel :
- Build a productive and motivated agent network and Full Time Employees - ASM / SM / SSM + GSM + ESM as per Plan
- Quality check on agent & inducting them in the company.
- Leveraging the business through Training initiatives and its delivery
Scripting the business growth :
- Achieve desired activity/productivity targets through the respective Sales Managers . Execution of the Annual Business on Revenue & Distribution targets
- Supporting and monitoring low performing Sales manager
- Monitoring and driving the agency business model to achieve desired business plans and career aspirations.
- Ensuring competition mapping and awareness in the local markets and feed HO with information for advance planning.
- Ensure availability of the required number of trained SM and agents and support resources in all areas; Monitor recruitments and induction of Agents& Sales managers.
- Responsible for managing, monitoring, evaluation and rewarding of SM/agents on time to time basis.
- Ensure Sales manager achieve thier goals as prescribed from time to time
- Lead and guide identified colleagues by providing them with performance feedback, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles
- Responsible for the operation of the branch(es) inclusive of the following activities : administration, staff management, marketing & sales, financial results.
- Establish objectives, credit policies, marketing and sales strategies. Overall responsibility for all services.
- Ensures all Sales Managers are trained on company products and company guidelines. Is also responsible for ensuring that all training requirements for the Agents are met with. Will help in coordinating branch requirements with other divisions.

- Hard core sales person with proven track record
- Proven consensual leadership skills
- Strong Motivator & man management skills
- Ability to connect oneself at cross-functional level.
- Thorough understanding of Insurance sector and Agency Model
Education & Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of overall Sales Experience with 2 years Domain experience
- Must have handled a team in his / her previous role
Salary Range: 6-8 LPA
