DVP - Treasury

1) Fund raising (Debt & Equity ) as per company requirement.

2) Resource Mobilization : Handle placement of all types of term loan proposals, Debt Capital Market instruments including secured, MLDs, unsecured and subordinated bonds

3) End to end execution of transactions from investor interaction, deal structuring, assisting investor diligence till term sheet finalization

4) Handling all compliance for Securitization, Loan Documentation and ECB/NCD issuance

5) Handle and Manage payments for Borrowings

6) Handling end to end Primary issuance of commercial papers and liasioning with Investors, IPA, RTA, NSDL, CDSL

7) To develop association and maintain relationships with various levels at Mutual Funds, Corporates, Banks

8) To keep track of market trends & competition for creating opportunities and identify risk

9) Handling Covenant reporting during the loan life cycle

10) Cashflow forecasting and Managing surplus funds through investments in board approved investment option.

11) Treasury Reporting and MIS for ALM on regular basis

12) Prepare and assist in filing of RBI Regulatory returns

Qualification : CA/MBA from Premier Institutes
