Position: Marketing Head
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 9 - 11 yrs in Education Industry
The Marketing Head will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Developing the marketing strategy
- Monthly marketing plan for all business verticals.
- Setting up the marketing organisation which includes agency partnerships with - media agencies, event agencies, and social media managers and in-house resources
- Managing all digital properties of the company - Website, Blog, Social Media Properties, etc., branding non-digital properties (at Centres/Schools) and Public Relations
- Building a culture of result driven marketing - therefore high focus on analytics, metrics and management of budgets.
Skills Required :
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational and personal sales skills.
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
