We are looking for a business development resource to head the sales team for our at Home Business- HIGH, for Bangalore location. Mid-level resource with 1-4 years experience in business development and sales in education industry is preferred.

The role will entail:

1. Understanding the music education and after school market and develop a sales plan for retail and institutional business. Build a sales team for tele-calling and physical contact for enrolling customers.

2. Head this retail sales team into executing the sales plan through various local promotional initiatives at societies, events, clubs. Head the sales team into developing corporate clients for music learning.

3. This is a result driven role; with specific monthly acquisition targets

Skills Desired:

1. +1 years experience in sales & relationship management is required.

2. Candidate should have excellent inter-personal skills and be relationship oriented

This role will report directly to the Business Head of the At Home Vertical.

Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
