This role will support Marketing and Product on their analytics need. Roles requires to be hands-on and enterprising and ready to play with data to produce actionable insights and helping functions on making strategy and tracking performance.


Establishes and oversees organization's approach to the use of data and analytics including acceptance of responsibilities in respect of both supply of, and demand of data for analytics - which satisfy the need of marketing and product strategy.


Contributes to building transparent decision making, provision of business analytics services, levels of service and service quality which meet current and future goals of the organization.


1. Analytics Evangelism:


- Partners with business functions to identify opportunities for analytical inputs for strategic decisions of the business

units


- Educating teams on being data-driven


- Educating team on how to create data for being data-driven


2. Data Tracking Management:


- Managing data tracking implementation to ensure right tracking of marketing campaigns and user activity on product


- Sets up processes, practices to ensure right data is captured, stored and made available for analytical purpose


- Oversees that the organizations business processes are compliant with relevant legislation, and the organization operates according to the principles stated


3. Data Platform Management:


- Subject matter expert for data quality, data integration, data availability and how other teams can use data to support their business needs


- Identifies tools and techniques suited for the business needs - performs cost-benefit analysis keeping in view long and short-term returns for the investments


4. Analytics Solutions & Insights:


- Building reports and producing actionable insights


- Establishing data-based feedback loop to make orgs/business functions data driven


- Establishes recurrent reporting to communicate a 360-degree view of product and marketing activities.


- Identifies areas of improvements in the product through data-driven analytical means and methods and builds hypotheses to overcome existing bottlenecks.


- Gets hypothesis implemented and results validated through data-driven techniques so that it can be institutionalized in product and/or feedback loops


Requirements:


- Travel & Hospitality background preferred.


- Minimum 6 years- experience in Analytics and/or Product Management area with at least 2-3 years at a managerial position.


- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.


- Must have excellent communication skill


- Funnel Analysis, Marketing basket analysis, CTR/ Impressions/ CPA/ CPM/ ROAS optimization, Campaign Optimization, Multi-Channel Attributions


- Advance SQL (Mandatory) Google Analytics, Advance Excel, Tableau, Basic Statistics


- Good to have: R, Python, PowerBI
