What you will do: - You come with exposure to various facets of HR and happy to get your hands dirty - You are fast learner, with the confidence to strategise and execute across all areas of HR Recruitment & Onboarding: - Understand the business requirement, evaluate best sources and business partner to hire the best talent - Plan induction programs for all new recruits and organize system for delivery of the same - Coordinate with other stakeholders for conducting background checks on employees, maintain records of past employment, maintain the reports of medical checkups etc. Compensation & Benefits: - Manage the compensation & administration program - Manage/ track the budget for employee welfare, compensation, benefits and other perks - Plan the expenditures in terms of employee cost, for the entire year and also maintain a similar budget for other activities - Plan for yearly revisions, increments, and other additions(including bonus, incentives and other statutorily required allowances) to be paid out to employees in coordination with finance department Policy development, Compliance, budget management and Others - - Design and implement the end to end HR policies that promote a healthy work environment - Have thorough knowledge of labor laws, statutory complainces and will be responsible to ensure for HR legal compliance - Manage HR Ops along with the day to day employee related matters including leaves, attendance, payroll, grievances etc - Manage separations, ensure smooth F&F and maintainence of all documents Who you are: - 4-5 years of HR experience in a high growth startup environment - You are very high on execution and process orientation - You have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem - solving and decision - making skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation - You are a trusted HR advisor coaching Managers and associates on their effectiveness and performance. Effectively use influence and negotiation strategies to secure support from stakeholders for support of key initiatives.
