Associate Director, Brand Marketing


About the role :

The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Brand Marketing will have overall responsibility of brand management that includes positioning, architecture, communication development and building deep consumer understanding for the brand. This role comes with the accountability of managing all the marketing investments on the brand side. This highly empowered role demands innovative thinking, juggling multiple priorities and a creative and energetic approach to leadership.

Responsibilities :

- Own the Furlenco Brand & Positioning strategy

- Lead campaign strategy and oversee the execution of all marketing programs that build brand awareness, relevance and equity

- Oversee campaign and communication strategy for customer acquisition(awareness, consideration and remarketing), customer engagement and social media

- Create brand health goals and monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, identifying opportunities to differentiate Furlenco's offering in the home and furniture category

- Oversee the in-house creative team, shape and supervise the creative to ensure brand consistency

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement those ideas

Experience :

- 10+ years of 360 degree brand marketing experience with a focus on digital. Mix of lifestyle category and consumer tech experience preferred.

- 6+ years of team building and management experience

Must have qualifications :

- Experience working closely with creative, channel, and product partners to bring brand strategies to life through distinct, impactful campaigns

- Expertise in leading brand identity, strategy, management, and marketing

- Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to synthesize brand and business data to build coherent brand strategies and recommendations

- Impactful verbal and written communicator, comfortable digging into the details of brand performance, industry space, audience needs, and product market fit to present action-oriented summaries and recommendations to the leadership team

- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices from a 360 degree point of view
