- Objective : Establish Furlenco as the category leader in online furniture rental
What the role is :
- Working on strategies to retain customers and increasing customer lifecycle value
- Customer lifecycle monitoring and adaptive daily reporting
- Leverages data from all aspects of the organization in an effort to uncover impact to churn (including NPS, customer sat and loyalty, brand health, customer experience and competitive intelligence), etc.
- Developing & Executing Data-driven Loyalty Customer Engagement
- Partners with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to drive connectivity between customer experience, loyalty initiatives and retention
- The detailed analysis of all churn related reports, cutting the data by multiple variables to uncover trends and insights
- Substantial database querying through the use of front and back-end tools in order to acquire data necessary for analytical needs
- Lead analysis focused on uncovering all elements that may trigger customer deflection by reason and customer segment
- Performance tracking and analysis of trends vs plan
- Leads regular reporting and analysis on key customer statistics such as voluntary, non-pay, move churn, etc
- Conducting market research to follow trends and competition
- Working on strategies to increase NPS
What we want :
- 3+ years experience in a highly analytical role managing large data sets and turning those insights into condensed trends for the business preferably in the retail/ e-commerce industry.
- 3+ years experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and use of that data to develop an understanding of marketing & consumer behaviour
- MBA with relevant experience
- Experience of working on BI tools
- Solid business and financial acumen
