We are looking for Analyst- Financial Planning at Furlenco. Job Location : Bangalore Qualification : CA Position Summary : The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) Analyst will be an integral part of the finance and team and report to the Director of Finance. The FP&amp;A Analyst will assist with the&nbsp;accounting team and report to the Director of Finance. The FP&amp;A Analyst will assist with the&nbsp;preparation of internal/external financial statements, MIS, monthly financials and analytical&nbsp;reports, Board of Directors materials and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization. Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities : - Prepare /assist in financial close of books on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis - Prepare/assist in the preparation of Statutory and Internal financial audit - Prepare financial models for various scenarios - Provide analysis and feedback on financial/operational performance and key metrics including root cause variance explanations to highlight opportunities and risks on a monthly basis around budget actuals including presentations to management and internal audiences. - Improve all operational/financial dashboards - Develop and document the business process to be included in the best practices and strengthen internal control. - Develop and implement improvements/simplification to existing procedures and policies - Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies in all business actions. Identify gaps in&nbsp;controls and provide a solution(s) - Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested financial analysis. - Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives and help drive key insights for positive outcomes - Assist in developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials to internal, Board of directors or other stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : - Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles - Adept at using logic and reasoning to work through complex problems and superior analytical skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills - Forecasts issues in advance in order to prevent potential impacts; both internally and externally - Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions - Ability to work well in high-pressure situations in order to meet deadlines - High degree of proficiency with Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint is a must - High energy, high ownership of work product and dedication and commitment to driving results.
