FundTQ is looking for experienced professionals from investment banking, Mergers & Acquisition and Management Consulting profile.

Prior Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Deal Execution, Articleship Experience in Lead Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Valuation & Merger & Acquisition.

Package Upto 10 LPA CTC for CA Fresher Batch 2024.

Required:

- Experience in making Pitchdecks, valuation reports and financial models.

- Experience in capital raising and M&A transaction.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience of managing deals independently.

- Preparation of in-depth industry research reports.

- Ability to connect and build relationship with investors.

Must:

- Candidates physically located in Gurgaon.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Worked on live deals (closure is not essential).

Education:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant batch 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024.

- Master's in finance and marketing 2020/2021/2022/2023.

- BCom (Hons), Bachelor of Business Studies/Administration, Stats (Hons) and similar from Tier 1/2 college.
