Designation Name: Analyst - Sr. Associate (Only 5 openings)

Job Location: Gurgaon

Industry: Investment Banking, Fundraising & Merger & Acquisition

Experience: 6 months - 8 years

CTC: INR 12 Lacs - 40 lacs

Travel: 20% travel included

Working hour: 10am - 7pm

Communication Skills: Exceptional Communication & Convincing skills

Qualification: Only Graduates or Masters from Finance & Marketing background apply for the position.

Detailed role is provided herewith:

- Investment Banking is 85% of

1. Communication

2. Negotiation

3. Convincing

4. Coordination; a

- 15% Collateral preparation financial modeling, valuation reports and pitch deck (in case applied for Investor Relations);

- 15% of maintaining MIS Reports and dashboards (in case applied for Client Relations & M&A)

- Develop active pipeline of potential clients for fundraising

- Connect with larger MSME, startups and investors ecosystem including financial institutions, family offices, fund of funds, private equity, VC, and HNI's etc

- Conduct Extensive research

- Create factsheets, presentations, daily/monthly reports on milestones, achievements, KPIs

- Attend various events and conferences aligned with our focus areas

- Execute a seamless process for timely communication and response to investor queries

Thus, your KPI's will be connecting with Promoters & or Investors via, emails, phone calls,

WhatsApp messages, and LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
