Funds Operations & Portfolio Manager - USA Loans (5-11 yrs)
- Leading our end-to-end loan origination and sale process, including loan allocation, eligibility testing, loan sale management, and regular reporting
- Ensuring data consistency and integrity by developing internal policies and controls, conducting reconciliations and creating processes to scale data
- Delivering robust and accurate reporting for major investors, servicers, accountants, fund administrators, as well as for MPOWER leadership to ensure seamless operations
- Working closely with the capital markets, credit and engineering teams to build out robust data tracking, reconciliation, and processing functionalities along with collaborating on structuring new relationships including warehouse lines, SPVs, off-shore facilities, whole loan sales, forward flows, and securitizations
- Conducting extensive analysis on fund operations and performance and presenting findings internally and externally
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree or higher, MBA from a top tier school preferred
- 5+ years of experience within the investment management industry in a function such as investment banking, fund operations, investor relations, or similar
- At least CFA Level 1 preferred
- Proven experience in interacting with external stakeholders and investors is a plus
- Superior proven analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to derive insights and present findings
- Ability to multitask and own several key responsibilities at a given time
