- We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Financial Research (FinRes) group based in India. Based on candidate's location preference, the position is open for either of our Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Gurugram offices in India. - The role involves working closely with analysts in the firm's Fundamental Equities (FE) team based in the USA. The role requires covering multiple sectors and geographies, primarily focusing on the industrial sector in the USA. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: - In this role, you'll be expected to build and maintain financial models, do valuations related analysis, prepare related write-ups, and present investment ideas to front office groups. - You'll have to attend meetings with the management, intermediaries, and sector experts to develop expertise on the covered companies and strengthen the firm's take on an investment opportunity. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance or equivalent (MBA/CFA/CA), and over five years of investment research experience. - Having experience in covering US/ European stocks and industrial sector would be beneficial, though not a must - We recommend those with excellent equity research skills to apply - The candidate should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
