Job Profile :

Fund Operations :

- Handling client on-boarding (documentation/coordination with distributors)

- Providing data to Investment team for trade order placement

- Co-ordination with Custody/Banks for settlement of trades

- Liaise with Trustee/Banks on Investment (MF/Portfolio Companies)

- Liaise with Fund Accountant for accounting

- MIS related to PMS / AIF funds / Offshore Funds

- Follow up on Drawdown notice/s

- Investor financial statement/s and tax statement preparation/review and coordination as relevant

Fund audit :

- Computation of redemption and carry

- Reviewing/working with outsourced provider wherever relevant.

Compliance :

- Filing SEBI Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual reports/returns

- Coordinate with CA for certificate for PMS Disclosure document

- Coordinating with Trustee on SEBI filing and compliances

- CA and/or MBA Finance with 4-5 years prior relevant experience
