Structured Finance/Private Credit/Fund Manager

Experience Required: 3 - 13 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Join our dynamic Investment Team as a performing credit expert.

- Analyze diverse investment opportunities and execute deals in the private credit sector.

- Conduct thorough credit analysis.

- Pursue and structure investment deals.

- Prepare comprehensive documentation and presentations.

- Monitor risks and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in credit analysis, debt investment, and private credit, preferably within a fund or buy-side environment.

- 3 - 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of sector-specific nuances.

Qualification: MBA, CA (mandatory).

Credit Expertise:

- Strong grasp of credit instruments, debt structures, and financial markets.

- Ability to navigate complex deal structures within regulatory frameworks.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth deal execution.

- Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders including investors, borrowers, and external advisors to facilitate successful deal closures.

- Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in analyzing financial statements and cash flow projections.

- Exhibit excellent communication skills to articulate complex investment strategies and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

- Proactively manage portfolio performance and provide regular updates to management on key metrics and performance drivers.

- Uphold high ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout all stages of deal execution
