Fund Manager - PMS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Manager - PMS to lead our Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, making strategic decisions to maximize returns, and ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of equity markets, portfolio structuring, risk management, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client portfolios under PMS guidelines to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns.

- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with clients' financial goals.

- Conduct research on equity markets, industries, and companies to identify profitable investment opportunities.

- Continuously monitor and rebalance portfolios to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

- Ensure proper risk assessment and management for all investment portfolios.

- Regularly engage with clients to discuss portfolio performance, market trends, and investment strategies.

- Ensure strict compliance with SEBI PMS regulations and other legal requirements.

- Prepare and present detailed performance reports, market insights, and investment rationales to clients.

- Coordinate with research analysts, dealers, and back-office staff to ensure seamless portfolio management.

- Support business development efforts to onboard new clients and grow the PMS portfolio.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

- Must possess a Master degree.

- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in PMS Fund Management, with deep knowledge of research analyst.

- Excellent understanding of investment management regulations.

- Age group: 32 to 45 years.

- Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with senior management and regulatory bodies.

- Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products.

- Expertise in portfolio structuring and risk management.

- Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and technical analysis.
