Fund Manager - BFS (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities to include:
Real estate Investment Banking and Private Equity Funds and more than two years' in top consulting firm. Effective in Investment Management of Commercial and mixed-use projects. Skilled in financial modelling, carrying out market research, execution of diligence and documentation for investments, raising of funds, monitoring and management of existing investments, evaluating exit strategies, financial planning & analysis and building relations.
- Undertake Investments in securities including debentures, security receipts, etc
- Conduct periodic valuations and monitor progress on existing and new investment made
- Generate market intelligence on the client group impacting existing portfolio and highlight any stress foreseen in the assigned portfolio in near future
- Prepare investor reports, newsletter and periodic representations to senior management and at requisite forums
- Highlight red flags/deviations early in the investment cycle
- holders - (Asset Management, Legal, Operations & Risk teams) holders - (Asset Management, Legal, Operations & Risk teams)
- Liaisoning with external parties including Developers, DM Partners, Co-Lenders, Consultants, Rating agency, etc
