Fund Controller - PE Fund

We are looking to connect with CAs with 8-10 years of working experience in Big 4 (conducting audits for PE/ VC clients)/ working with PE/ VC funds.

Experience majorly in fund accounting and management, statutory reporting, investor relations and stakeholder management.

Job responsibilities:

1. Understanding the Statutory reporting for the fund

2. Manage investor relations, addressing investor queries on accounting, onboarding

3. Partner with Finance team and manage accounting, audit of onshore and offshore funds

4. Work along with the team to identify and implement automation opportunities

Ideal candidate:

1. CA/ CFA/ CWA with atleast 8 years of experience

2. Experience of working in PE/VC Firms in India or Big 4 Consulting Firms in Advisory roles will be an advantage

3. Excellent knowledge of financial statements, operational metrics, accounting, taxation

4. Excellent communication skills
