1) Private Equity (3 to 10yrs)

Job Location - Bangalore / Chennai

- Handling Fund Accounting or NAV Calculation for Private Equity Clients

- Experience on PAXUS or Investran Application.

- Managing private equity fund structures designs & hierarchies

- Special purpose vehicles, standalone funds, master-feeder funds and the role of each entity in the fund structure.
