CTC: Rs. 10 lac to 14 lac Job Description: - Oversee and review the book keeping portfolio of clients within the agreed deadlines - Review the reconciliation of client bank account, property manager statements and loan accounts to established operating guidelines - Review and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients including consolidation - Review and preparation of financial statements including consolidation - Review and preparation of NAV computations and loan compliance reports - Review of VAT returns and Income tax returns - Assistance with financial audit and internal control - Keeping control of the timing of various client deliverables according to the operating memorandum/SLA - Working closely with finance and legal colleagues - Proactively handling various client queries in a timely and professional manner - Act as mentor to associates, supervise and assist in their training and development - May involve limited client interaction Other Requirements: - 3-10 year degree in Private Equity Fund Qualified member of CPA/ACCA or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of experiences in Private Equity Fund accounting - Strong academic background - Strong concept of book-keeping required and accounting standards (IFRS /UK GAAP) - Good understanding of real estate operations, property manager statements, property valuation reports and company, partnership and trust accounting - Process management skills - Knowledge of Investran, Yardi and NavOne software application as end user - Good team player, independent, meticulous, pro-active, strong attention details, self-motivated and able to adapt in new challenges - Fluent spoken English and excellent communication skills - Proficient in Excel/MS Office - Open to travel and passport ready
