Fund Accountant - Investor Services (1-3 yrs)
Qualification: B.com/ MBA (equivalent)
Range of Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience into Investor Services
Note - The below explanation to parameters are inclusive and not exhaustive
Investor Services:
- Review and process investor subscription and redemption documents
- Complete KYC and AML verifications
- Prepare FATCA/CRS filings
- Generate investor confirmations
- Calculate capital call and distribution schedules
- Generate and distribute capital call and distribution letters
- Maintain master summary file containing investor information for each fund and other key operational details
- Manage user access on the investor portal
- Monitor and track Investor Services inbox
- Assist with answering inquiries from investors
Banking:
- Assist clients with the bank account opening process for partner banks
- Review wire disbursement requests for validity and compliance
- Setup or review wire disbursements on the bank/PB's website
- Provide ongoing support with banking-related inquiries
General:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact both internally and externally in a professional manner with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently in an organized manner and ensure timely responses to all requests
- Some experience in hedge fund administration and/or banking/financial services preferred
- The above scope is primarily related to funds registered in USA and/or offshore locations.
