Our Client is one of the leading international buy-side firms

Job Description:

Reporting directly in to the Fund Controller of multiple credit funds:

- Monthly and quarterly reporting, preparation and review for quarterly fund level and investor reporting for Global Credit Funds launched by the firm

- Review of administrator monthly reports.

- Maintenance of full accounting records on system to reconcile back to administrator records

- Calculation and invoicing of management fees and carried interest

- Calculation of monthly fund performance to meet GIPS requirements

- Assisting in the quarterly valuation process

- Fund budgeting and expense analysis

- Oversee external auditors with regards to funds audit

- Review, allocation and approval of invoices and expenses

The Successful Candidate :

- Must be a CA with 3-6 years of post-experience in the financial services industry only

- Should have previous experience in fund finance/administration with an international AIF/Hedge Fund/PE Fund/VC Fund or fund-auditing experience with the Big 4 or fund-servicing experience with a third party fund service provider

- Hands-on fund accounting, operations & administration

- Strong analytical & communication skills are a must for a good fitment in the international organisation
