- Functional training for banking businesses

- Hands on functional / technical content development experience

- Deep understanding of instructional design

- Network of trainers across the country for delivering technical training

- Relationship with Banking institutes across the country like NIBM, NIIT etc.

- Ability to deliver stand up training where required

- Deep understanding of e-learning platform

- Ability to convert analog training to digital

- Large scale program management
