PURPOSE/JUSTIFICATION OF THE POSITION

Responsible for Central Planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY

Responsible for General Planning for all activities of our business from Water to Wire.

1. As per order in hand, plan the contractual delivery date, releases dispatch plan for all units.

2. Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing waste for enhancing productivity and profitability

3. Ensure optimum level of material and resourceful deployment/ utilization of resources. Planning of Engineering activities, SCM activities, Manufacturing activities and Installation & Commissioning Activities including the necessary Logistics.

4. Planning of raw material, Important & Critical Material direct BOM items, production, and dispatch (Material requirement, fabrication schedule, Machining schedule, Assembly schedule etc.)

5. Coordination with customer, Marketing, purchase, plant planning & production.

6. Review of dispatch plan with Logistics

7. Gap analysis and catch up schedule.

8. Closely monitoring of critical path of every project

9. ASAP Knowledge

Qualification/Experience Required:

B.E.(Mechanical or Electrical) with 18+ years of overall experience out of which should have 5~7 years in Project Planning & Min. 10 years in Management.
