Role : Functional Consultant & Senior Functional Consultant

Location : Bangalore

- Preferably MBA and engineering from a premier institute (IIM/ISB/IIT) Experience with a start-up NBFC or a new SBU within a large organization is an added advantage. Entrepreneurial Mindset, Ability to take ownership and capability to work independently.

- 2-8 years of experience in the fin-tech or finance industry with strong exposure to managing financial products or software programs

- Help clients design the best-in-class loan/lending/fin-tech products and solutions based on their business requirements.

- Will be responsible for owning the business requirement gathering and business solutions across lending implementations.

- Act as a bridge between client and Project Management team

- Own all solutions documents which are a part of project delivery

- Help the client configure their loan products on our Platform and consult them in achieving the best solutions for building new-age lending systems and workflows.

- Understand product and its capabilities, client's requirements and provide solutions using the product.

- Owns the functional delivery of project such as solutions documents

- Work with cross-functional teams from product management, Tech Leads and Own the functional delivery of the project.

- Client facing, strong communication, and extremely good analytical skills.

- Prior experience in the Banking industry (Lending/Fintech)

- Experience in building complex and core financial enterprise software.

- Senior Functional Consultant - 4 to 8 Years

- Will manage a team of Functional Consultants across multiple projects and will be the owner of solution design.

- Manage escalations and own the overall quality of solution design for various lending/Loan/Fintech product configurations.
