SAP PLM Functional Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set (Primary):

- Candidate should have good Functional Knowledge in SAP PLM - Recipe development for Chemical/Pharma/Consumer packaged goods industry

Desired Competencies (Functional /Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have :

- Full project implementation experience of at least 5 SAP PLM projects specifically in the areas of Recipe Development (RD), Specification Management, Document Management Systems (DMS), or Environmental Health & Safety (EHSM). - mandatory any 2

- Expertise in PP-PI, MM, QM also helpful.

- SAP QM integration with EH&S- knowledge

- BOM, ECM and Classification

- Experience in configuring all aspects of Recipe Development or Specification Management.

- MS Office expertise, Technical Documentation like preparing functional design document

- Cross-functional knowledge of Integration between SAP and Non SAP systems

- Exposure to Application Management Support process like Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management

- Good written & verbal communication, presentation skills

Good-to-Have :

- Onsite working experience preferably in CPG industry

- Work directly with clients /stakeholders like SME- s, Product Owners in requirement gathering, solution design and solution deployment.
