Functional Consultant - SAP HCM - Banking Domain (4-5 yrs)
We are Looking For SAP HCM Functional Consultant
Experience: 4-5 years
Location: Mumbai
Qualification:- MBA, B.COM, BE, B.TECH, M.Tech
Professional diploma or qualifications in SAP HCM (preferred)
Profile: SAP HCM Functional Consultant
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Overall 4 years of SAP HCM experience including minimum 1 end to end implementation process.
2. Experience in Banking domain/Business Intelligence/SAP /ERP solution implementation are preferred
Industry :
Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization
Responsibilities :
Mandatory :
1. Able to understand the client's current process in detail.
2. Preparation of Business Blueprint suggests the best solution to the client and taking sign off on the same.
3. Carry out Configuration of HCM modules OM, PA, PY, Time ESS/MSS, to meet the end-user requirements with standard functionalities available in SAP.
4. Understanding the functional requirements of various HCM processes and its integration with SAP FICO.
5. Conducting training for the HCM module and releasing UAT templates along with the test scripts.
6. Preparation of Functional Specification for ABAP development.
Certifications :
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
