Functional Consultant - SAP HANA - Consulting Firm

Key Responsibilities:

- Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.

- Interacts with client stakeholders and/or within the organization on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

- Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within the organization.

- Impart strong functional knowledge and guidance to Client and project teams.

- The consultant must be able to perform responsibilities across client delivery, thought leadership, practice development, capability development, and offshore support.

- Support and help in business development and marketing activities to help build the platforms consulting capabilities and delivering to client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- SAP S4 HANA functional consultants with experience in process design and blueprinting, implementation and deployment of solutions for our customers with a focus on modules such as FICO, Hana, PP, QM, Supply chain, Warehouse Management, and Logistics

- Master's Degree (MBA/ MS).

- Exposure to industries such as FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods and Services.

- Minimum 3+ years of implementation experience in SAP S4 HANA

- Experience with development of complex conceptual and logical data models

- Understanding of SAP systems such as ECC, APO, CRM, etc. would be preferable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with strong analytical and presentation skills.

- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and possess cross-cultural competence.

- Attention to detail and high-quality deliverables.

- Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction.
