- Over 5+ years of proven experience in the managing & implementation of cloud-based HCM/HRMS products
- Understand business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of HCM Solutions
- Should have the ability to analyze technical needs, and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.
- Involved in full-cycle development of projects along with production support.
- Prior experience in functional Configuration and data Migration in Core HR, Leave Time and Attendance, Payroll, Talent, and Performance Management Modules.
- Prepared HCM Requirement documents, Design documents, Test Plan, test scripts & Issue logs for a real-time case study project.
- Performed on-time deliverables with zero Production Issues
- Investigated and interacted with Functional experts to resolve technical issues
- Analyzing Test Results & Bug Reporting.
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
