The primary responsibilities for this role will be:
- Provide project management support for initiatives of various complexities and size
- Lead technology roadmap, determine use case, conduct proof of concept, and recommend a solution. Review and evaluate ongoing Ariba releases/innovation and recommend for adoption
- Work on new technologies like RPA, artificial intelligence, machine learning etc. and drive adoption
- Engage and provide process and training support for user community
- Customer orientation and ability to support divergent business needs and business continuity
- Support audit and compliance needs
- Make recommendations for ongoing process improvements and enhancements
- Partner with OFS, Cross Lab, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders and effectively collaborate/work across team without boundaries
- Work closely with operations team, GS and sourcing managers and support their business needs
- Continual awareness of procurement best practices in industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Desired Experience:-
- Bachelor's or masters degree or University Degree or equivalent
- Advanced degree desired
- 6-7 years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in Procure to Order/Pay process and hands on experience of Ariba/SAP
- Strong project management (PMP), process documentation and training skills
- Excellent communication skills
