The typical responsibilities will include: - Lead CC&amp;B implementation projects in Utilities (Electric, Water and wastewater). - Understand key implementation issues and implement solutions using Oracle CC&amp;B's functionality - Work closely with the technical and solution/business team throughout solution design, delivery and testing. - Testing and validating the application from end user point of view - The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the course of the project Must Have Skills: - 5-12 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 2-3 years in implementing &amp; testing package solutions in Customer Care &amp; Billing area for Utilities - Expert understanding of Oracle Customer Care &amp; Billing version 2.4 or above - Familiarity with process integration of CC&amp;B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, OMS, GIS, Mobile, Work and Asset Management - Should have functional knowledge on Control Central, Field work, Meter Reading, Billing, Rates, Payments, Adjustments, Deposits and Billable charges. - Previous experience using SOA for integration is an added advantage - Should have functional knowledge on Control Central, Field work, Meter Reading, Billing, Rates, Payments, Adjustments, Deposits and Billable charges. Preferred Skills: - Development experience in COBOL, Java or both(- To assist themselves in debugging issues) - Experience managing smaller projects or initiatives Professional Skills: - Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and analytical ability
