Role & number of resources required OFSAA Profitability Functional

1) Functional Consultant experienced in the implementation of mainstream Profitability Analytics solutions.

2) Understanding of OFSAA Configuration Ability to analyze business requirements including validation of requirement study and testing scope definitions, includes Data model, metadata, cubes, reports validation etc.

3) Exposure to OFSA/OFSAA 4.5 / 5.x / 6.x Profitability / Activity Base Costing

4) Conduct research and data collection to understand client needs and provide recommendations for management.

5) Will be responsible for all aspects of OFSAA system implementation including requirement gathering, application design, application configuration and implementation.

6) Utilize PL/SQL to build custom procedure to supplement the OOTB (Out of the Box) functionality of the application per client specification.

7) Integrate systems and processes to provide multifunctional profitability models based on historical and forecast data.

8) Implement OFSAA and its various suite of applications ranging from PFT, FTP & IPA at financial institutions.

OFSAA Customer Insight Functional

1) Functional knowledge on RCA, IPA, RPA and Customer Analytics modules of OFSAA and understanding of integrated data models in package.

2) Understanding of components, data flow and default reporting on Customer analytics, Channel analytics, Customer segmentation, Institutional performance analysis etc.

3) Understanding of OFSAA data foundation and data integration

4) Conduct research and data collection to understand client needs and provide recommendations for management.

5) Utilize PL/SQL to build custom procedure to supplement the OOTB (Out of the Box) functionality of the application per client specification.

6) Should be able to drive requirement closure and delivery verification and sign off with customer

OFSAA Fraud Analytics functional lead

1) Functional lead with excellent domain knowledge on CDD, EDD, KYC and AML

2) Deployment experience and expertise in OFSAA FCCM module

3) Knowledge on Name Screening, Customer Profiling, Customer On-boarding Process, Risk Assessment, Transaction Monitoring etc.

4) In-depth understanding on Alert Generation, Case Management, Reporting w.r.t AML guidelines

5) Experience in Scenario Configuration, Workflow Setup, User rights assignment

6) Help to design and build new features in the solution as per the regulatory and client needs.

7) Act as a liaison between Client and Internal team

8) Should be able to drive requirement closure and delivery verification and sign off with customer
