Functional Consultant - O9 Platform - IT

O9 Consultant: (Consumer)

Looking for Functional consultants having 3 - 7 years of experience implementing or supporting o9 Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning solutions in CPG/Retail/Manufacturing sectors.

Mid to Advanced level of understanding of at least 2 of the following

- Demand Forecasting and Planning

- Demand Sensing and Shaping

- Sales &Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning

- Supply Planning

- Inventory Management

- Distribution Planning

Key requirements include:

- Have worked on o9 solution configuration / customization requiring R/Python / SQL programming

- Experience in Designing and developing UI reports

- Developed / enhanced functional solution

- Configured the o9 platform

- Worked on break fix / issues

Implementations:

1. Experience in O9 platform with at least one implementation or atleast two projects experience providing L2 / L3 level support.

Technical Skills (Good to have one or more)

1. R/ Java script / python

2. Statistical, optimization and Simulation skills through software tools like R/ Java script

General Skills :

1. Strong Process Development, Improvement and Implementation experience

2. Strong communication in English - both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and peers, both internal and external

3. Ability to work under tight timelines across multiple geographies

4. Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
