Functional Consultant/IT Business Analyst - SaaS (6-14 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for the position of Functional consultant/ IT business analyst.
Position- Functional consultant/ IT business analyst
Shift Timing 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Location Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Responsibilities
- Take the ownership of product training for customers and in-house stakeholders
- Must be able to prepare the product training related artifacts
- Document product enhancements requirements and participates in requirements management processes
- Understands the business processes and is able to document new business process designs
- Ensure that sales calls are supported by active engagement with customers.
- Should be able to provide pre sales support and product solution
- Should be able to gather market leads in the higher education sector and translate them into product requirements
- Should be able to perform competitor analysis and document strategies and plan for effective sales pitching
- Product gap analysis documents based on new requirements wrt. existing product features
- Guide and mentor the teams
- Drives the CSAT surveys with customers
- Participates in QA related activities and ensure the top notch product quality before it is released to customers
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs and prepare functional and financial proposals
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of business analyst or functional consultant roles in a SaaS based product
- Candidate should have at 2 years of experience working as functional consultant in higher education domain
- 3 years of experience in understand and worked on Scrum or other agile methodologies
- AT least 2 years of experience in Managing small and medium sized projects as a project manager
- Must understand basic pricing models and should be able to design new product pricing structures
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports to the management
- Must be able to see a big picture along with understanding technological and architectural barriers and enablers
- Change management and Stakeholder management must be a strength
- Should be able to guide the design teams for designing new requirements and workflows
