Role & Responsibilities
This is a customer-facing role that will involve the following -
- Articulate the Future of work; Benefits of the Employee Service platform in Digital transformation
- Identify new or changing business needs and conceptualize appropriate solutions for those needs
- Discover, gather and document business and functional requirements for new projects and processes
- Develop specifications and project strategies for implementing business solutions. Assist in developing and updating other deliverables such as project plans, feasibility analysis, change management etc.
- Keep project stake-holders up-to-date on progress in relation to customer engagement
- Support the UAT process and release of new functionalities to customers; end-user training, procedural documentation, and end-user communication
- Daily Document problems, Issues and working with the Engineering teams for issue resolution
Desired Skills and Experience
- MBA / PGDM Experienced professionals
- Graduation degree - BSc. Computer Science, BCA, BE, MCA
- Understanding of HR business processes, best practices
- Exposure to working with excel, data points and HR operations
- Good problem-solving skills
- Passion for customer/user experience
- Strong HR Technology & HR process Experience
- Strong analytical skill and specifically issue triage and management skills
