Functional Analyst/IT Business Analyst - Digital Strategy/Online Strategy - FMCG

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to support the adoption of superior capabilities in the area of Integrated Business Planning in the firm. This will include Planning and Forecasting processes and tools in the functional areas of Commercial, Finance and Supply and will take in all aspects of the Sales and Operation Planning process by collaborating with the Information and Analytics team to feed relevant data through to deliver relevant insights to the business. This role will be expected to be at the core of building the capability to support firm to have an end-to-end technology, process and data approach.

Experience:

- 5 years - experience in a business facing functional analyst role

- Experience in Digital strategy or online Strategy.

- Experience and credibility in Planning tools from a technology and process perspective in a Consumer Packaged Goods Industry

- Experience in Supply systems implementations and ongoing support of them, including SAP ECC, SAP APO, Anaplan etc.

- Attention to detail is key, inquisitive & questioning nature

- Great at working as part of a cohesive, integrated team

- Strong problem solving planning/ organising, highly detail conscious

- Quick learner who exhibits resiliency and tenacity in the face of challenge

- Have a huge passion for growing and developing

- Demonstrated leadership and the development of others

- Experience in working in an outsourced environment would be advantageous
