The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, with a strong focus on performance marketing. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various channels such as SEM, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, ABM, and email marketing. - Stay abreast of the latest developments in the generative AI space, especially as it pertains to SEO, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovative marketing strategies. - Onboard and work with external agencies to manage and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns to maximise ROI. - Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing strategies and optimise customer journeys. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in performance marketing and competitor activities. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing. - Proven experience in managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google AdWords, and social media platforms. - Strong knowledge of the generative AI space, particularly its applications and implications for SEO. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
