Human Resource Manager

Human Resource Manager at PyjamaHR:

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The HR manager will be responsible for managing various human resources aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

- Provide support for employee compensation and benefits programs

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping of all HR-related matters

- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and provide recommendations to senior management

- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives

- Manage the payroll process, including processing paychecks, updating payroll records, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations

- Assist with the management of HR budget and allocate resources appropriately

- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

SALARY RANGE: 8-11 LPA
