Purpose of the Job:
Review PL Digital portfolio every month with respect to delinquency / losses / fraud for the period underwritten. Check and keep track on industry trends, key factors impacting industry, performance of trade in local market and regulatory impact. Design and implement new programs in digital product line.
Perspective :
Business & Financial Management :
- Support delivery of EoP AUM- for Digital Personal loans/Business Loans& focus on operational efficiency through process changes and effective policy implementation.
Portfolio Management and other critical activities :
- Portfolio Management, based on accurate evaluation of portfolio performance, market developments and product management imperatives. Key deliverables are as below:
- Expert presentation skill for various management committees.
- Expert in MS Excel.
- Support new product launches in digital space.
- Support business by rolling out regular test programs and convert them into policy basis defined success criterion.
- Roll out the key process drivers do ensure successful implementation of programs.
- Deliver best practices in all risk management domains across credit and policy which can be replicated at FFH level.
- Aid conduct of audit (statutory/internal/operational risk etc.) and help closure of points to satisfaction without any adverse comments.
- Trigger monitoring and control
- Co-ordinate with analytics for preparation of various management dashboards and tools for portfolio monitoring
- Regulatory compliance and interactions with various teams
People / Team :
- Institutionalize training programs: Launch level wise Manager
- Develop programs across credit and risk functions. Conduct specific skills workshop for Cluster/ State and Regional shops
- Train new joinees.
- Conduct portfolio dashboard calls.
Process / Quality Improvement :
Optimize efficiency and per unit cost of production, develop customer centric initiatives through policy & process re-engineering, Optimize and consolidate resources and infrastructure & Build scalable platforms to support future growth
Task performed :
- Liaising with various departments for different activities
- Monitor the deviation exceptions data
- Master maintenance in systems
- Testing of new builds in system
Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:
- Candidate should be well versed with the unsecured and secured programs run by competitors in the digital space, an ability to understand and design programs suited to the digital environment is a prerequisite. Candidate should also be able to understand the technical and regulatory aspects implementation of a program in the digital space and should also have expertise in Microsoft office programs tools viz - Excel, Word, Power point etc.
No. of years of relevant experience :
- 3-4 years in Unsecured retail business mostly in the digital space (Personal Loans/Business Loans)with exposure to product/policy aspects.
