Role: Management Trainee- Credit (Locations:Mumbai, Raipur, Nagpur, Cochin, Chennai, Indore, Jaipur)
Job description:
- Credit approval of deals as per authorized limits, recommend and forward to appropriate authority incase of higher limit, deviation, deferral.
- Check CIBIL of every file after login.
- Provide approval subject to PD and Initiate PD - Salaried Credit Managers
- Undertake PD as a part of the assessment criteria and policy conditions - Self Employed Credit Managers
- Check and keep tab on industry trends, key factors impacting industry, performance of trade in local market and regulatory impact
- Review performance of the outsourced activities such as CPV, TVR, Legal and Valuers
- Review and approval of credit files as per policy
- Periodically do a trend analysis for early warning indicators on location risks and others with the mitigants used to resolve.
- Review portfolio every month with respect to delinquency / losses / fraud for the period underwritten.
- Reviews credit admin activities to ensure the activities like RMU movement, filing of charge, agreement filling, stock and book debt audit, legal dox review, regular information on deviations, deferrals to central unit etc are completed within stipulated time frame.
- Constantly monitor portfolio adherence to triggers to identify underlying issues with plausible solutions.
- Meet appraiser, valuers on ongoing basis to monitor collateral values and recommend to Unit Head.
