Purpose of the Job :

Responsible for entire operational activities of the Cluster. Hands on experience in assets and ability to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the state. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching of employees. Channelizing and driving organizational thoughts in required direction to achieve Market Share. Continuously building on basic business model of Customer Orientation and Relationship Building. Institutionalize & create awareness for Integrity & Discipline at Cluster level.

Describe the KPIs against each perspective :

Perspective Key Performance Indicators :

Business and Financial Management Portfolio quality :

a. Undertake collection and delinquency reviews with branches

b. Daily review of the branches (DCR, ODR)

c. Monitor the branches on triggers & NCL lines

d. Follow up of Overdue status and maintain priority watch list

e. Enabling support to branch for enabling DPD, LRN notification processes

f. Weekly Update on Overdue and Portfolio to Central Risk

g. Monitor and control the PDD of mortgage cases

Customer Focus - Insurance

- Customer Service.

People / Team Hand hold the branch manager and cluster Sales manager on underwriting of Individual Unsecured Loans

a. Train/Handhold branch staff on credit fundamentals and processes including origination, credit approval, collection, documentation and disbursement processes

b. Doing Customer Assessment, Documentation check

c. Conducting CFA, CPV and TRC

d. De-dupe and CIBIL check

e. Conducting PD

f. Handhold on new guidelines & circulars

- Attrition control

- Poor Performance Management

- Increase Incentive Earning Population

Process / Quality Improvement 2. In branch Process Compliance

a. Ensure compliance of Credit policies

b. Ensure Ops process compliance

c. Ensure RCR Audit compliance

d. Track branches Process lapses

e. Credit Delegations requests

f. Track Negative profile & area

g. Monitor branches on various on field processes like customer discipline, loan utilization, debt capturing and provide early warning signals

h. Conduct surprise field checks and visits- GRT, CPV, KYC and active file Checks

i. In branch process compliance

j. Visiting vendors like legal and technical to ensure the reports are true and correct

- 8 - 9 yrs in Financial Services or NBFC.of which atleast 5yrs to be in a supervisory capacity of handling multiple branches.

- Established experience of handling all branch based functions.

Any specific specialization/education

- CA/ MBA - Finance
