Purpose of the Job:
To manage all the MIS and reporting across the organization and it should be error free and cost worthy. The MIS and reporting is currently done with the tool QlikView. A team people manages these set of reports and working in close coordination with production support and projects teams is essential in this role.

- Domain knowledge of LMS applications
- Delivering on TATs, SLAs and escalation of issues
- Ability to communicate equally well with vendor tech team and user team
- Vendor management
- User Interface
- Timely deliveries
- Minimizing reworks
